I have two lines of info that reside in my stock weldment template that I want to insert into existing part files without requiring the user to hand type the data.  I attempted to "record" a macro but never made it past the debug stage.  I found several examples in the forums and on the internet of how to add info to cut-list items but nothing about editing the info contained in the weldment feature properties.

My plan is to require the user to create the weldment feature then run the macro to add the data.  The part file could be empty (no cut-list items).

Since I'm API illiterate, I could really use some help figuring out how to make this work. 

Any help that anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated.
