I have this welded frame I am making. The plate with the square cutout and 4 holes is on a 25 deg angle relative to the frame.

I created a drawing from the weldment and on a separate sheet create my detail views of the parts that need to be modified before welding.

When I try to detail that part it's view is angled. How do I get it to not be angled?

I have tried to create the detail view by selecting the body in model view.

I even created the part separately and inserted that part into my weldment as a body and still when I try to create the detail view it is angled.

Do I just sketch the part up? Just use the separate part drawing as the detail. Is there a trick to this?
