I have few weldment frame in my General Assembly or top assembly.

Anytime I am in the assembly place a part or assembly it take forever because the bottom left corner of the screen said 

(Updating Cut List, Disable automatic update for cut list to increase performance)

If I disable the cut list in the weldment then the drawing part list disappearance.

Any one know if there is the right way or is this disable really help the top assembly performance?
