I would like to 'fillet' a part at joints as if a weld has been put in place.  Welds are pretty regular when done by a professional, but they do not typically take on the shape of a fillet.  Because surface tension affects the weld bead as it cools, they typically are convex.  Because I will perform FEA work on the final product, I was wondering if anyone has already done this and if they have any tips or pointers.
