Weld vertices

When I create fillets on round, irregular shaped profiles Ican usually get away with a fairly good looking fillet - however itoften produces some "junk" geometry.

The parts are to be used for simulations and the topology of mymodel is quite important, so I want to fix them.

I knowdelete face andheal edges can often work wonders, but I am wonderingwhether there is a feature that allows me to take a vertex and weldit with another, so they become one and the edges follow suit.

Any tips/suggestions highly appreciated!
