Good morning,

I'm trying to model a weld between a "C" channel and the flat face of another part, using Solidworks Simulation. 

The weld is filling the gap between the two parts, along the bent portions of the channel as shown in the figure.

I use the Edge weld connector feature but the fact that the 2 connected surfaces are not perpendicular is an issue.

Any suggestions?
