Is there a way to default turn the dual dimension setting off for only the zero lines on ordinate dimensions?

I realize this is just a preference thing and it doesn't hurt leaving them on; it's just - having dual dim zeros isnt really necessary and occasionally having them off saves some needed sheet space.

Most of the time ill leave them; now and then I will manually turn off the dual dim.  Im just wondering if SW has added a way to turn them off for the origins only (doesn't look like it in SW 2017 anyway)?
