Waterproof Housing for Electronics

Hello everyone. I am trying to build a waterproof housing for a small electronics assembly. The housing needs to be fully submerged in water with limited/no ingress.

The housing is for an electronics board which has an extension rigid cable/tube which is very sensitive (~3.1mm OD) which needs to protrude out of the housing and into the water (PCBA is inside waterproof housing and the cable extends into the water). I've made the housing two halves, closing around a cable grommet/gland (the gland allows the cable to exit the housing) because I need to be able to remove the entire electronics assembly from the housing frequently.

I'm struggling to design the interface between the two halves of the housing and the cable grommet. I'm resin printing the housing, which is giving good waterproofing results, the ingress is occurring at the interface between the two halves of the housing and the cable grommet.  See STEP file for reference.

Anyone have any advice?
