Is it possible to get a separate body when using the warp function. I have drawn a logo onto a bottle and I want to 3d print it with a dual extruder setup. The logo will be printed in a separate colour.

I have to create an assembly where the bottle have an indent of the logo and the logo is a separate part that fits into that indent. 

any ideas how I can do that in SW?
