Voting Tactics in SWW Top 10

I've been reading through the Ideas in the SWW Top 10 and finding much to admire. I started voting for the ones that I felt particularly strong about and then got to thinking that I should think more about what my votes meant before I voted. (The fact that I have voted for every one of Matt Lombard's ideas does not mean that I am Matt's poodle. It's just a case of great minds thinking alike.)

Since only 10 ideas are going to make it, it seems like my best tactic is to pick my top 10 and vote for them, then vote against every other idea. It seems a bit cruel and cold-blooded, Machiavellian in fact, but other than feeling bad about shafting really nice ideas from people I like and trust, I haven't come up with a better tactic. Has anyone got a better way?
