When working with SolidWorks. I have created a cylinder with 20cm diameter and 50cm High. When its a solid, the volume is okey and it's the exact one

However when i give an outside shell.(I believe the same space of 20cm and 50cm remains) but the volume is different. 

SO, How can we get the exact volume of the space inside to be occupied.
