I've created hyperlinks to my drawings, in an Excel file, so that the shop and others can easily access the drawings.

Some of the drawings only display a place holder (a dashed line rectangle with dashed lines crossing it from the corners) where the views should be when I open them using the hyperlink in Excel.

If I open the same file from SolidWorks directly.  The views are all there as they should be with all dimensions, etc.

Please let me know if you can tell me what is causing this.
