We are currently working with a customer that has edrawings 2008, yet the problem is we are using 2011.  Is there any possible way to get these files so that our customer can view them using his version.  We have tried to use the HTML procedure but this is block by our customers firewall,  so this will become an issue for the customer seems he will have to get his IT department to schedule some time for him, and this could take some time which nobody has.  Does anyone have any other suggestions that we could use.
