Is there absolutely any rhyme or reason to this? If there is I for the life of me can not figure it out.
It seems absolutely arbitrary as to when SW decides to square the view to the first sketch in a new part.
I have looked at...
1) Does it only square to a certain plain, IE if you pick top it does not square , but Front plane it does...nope, it squares to pretty much every place once in a while.
2) Does it only square if you create the sketch as the next operation directly after starting a new part, nope...sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't.
3) Does it only square if you swear and smash your mouse on the desk...well nope...
I'm begging to think this like and X-Box cheat code. AABABCC [up] AA [down]...plane is normal.
What I want is that every time a start a new part and pick a plane that plane should normalize to the screen. After that each additional sketch should not normalize. The second part works 100% of the time, the first part....see above cheat code.
