For me the heads up (top of the window) toolbar has disappeared in PR1.  It was there through all of the Beta versions.  When I RMB on the command manager it shows that the toolbar is supposed to be visible, but nothing happens when I deselect/select for it t be shown.

Anybody else seeing this?
