I create a lot of animations for customers and am looking for some better options.

1. The screen image on the left has rather poor resolution and the lines are heavier than if one does a print preview (on the right). 

I can use the print-out for stills, but I cannot figure out how to do this for animations.  For these the options seem to be to output what are essentially screenshots or go all the way to PhotoView.  Often, the PhotoView option is either undesirable in comparison to a nice line drawing.

2. For line representation in general, the option is either to have a heavy line on the edges or none at all.  I would like to have something in between.  Does anyone know how to achieve that?

3. If trying to output PhotoView versions of the animation, it will take a long, long time.  Are there any experts out there with a list of suggestions?
