I just deployed an admin image for SP4 and it is taking over 5 hours for the Installation Manager to perform the upgrade.

Turning off the antivirus software doesn't help.

The admin image was updated from SP2.1.

Our reseller and SolidWorks can't see any problems with the AdminDirector.xml file I am using.

I didn't have this problem with any previous service packs (same server).  We are looking into server/network issues and so far have found nothing out of the ordinary.

Does anyone have any suggestions for what else could cause the upgrade to install so slowly?
