I model assemblies of plants which can reach more than 40,000 parts. I have a very slow response in both assemblies and drawing in spite of using  speedback, lightweight most of the time.

I often use reference models from clients in format of Step, IGES and IFC which is broken down into thousands of solidworks parts which makes the performance get much worse.

Although, I am using detached drawings but that is not effective, it takes me 45 mins to save the drawing files (7 multisheets drawing) and 30 min to save my drawing as PDF.

My hardware used is shown in the attached snapshot.

Please advise ASAP what is the problem and how can I solve it in terms of recommended hardware (it is too urgent)
