I am trying to relate a dimension value to another dimension with an equation.  I get the error shown in the attachment. I am following the syntax shown in help exactly, AFAIK. 

The D3 term was entered automatically when I chose 'equation' from the edit dimension pulldown.  The D2 term appeared when I picked the other dimension. D2 is a driven dimension.

How can this be so mysterious?
