On large models sometimes the vertical scroll-bar fails to appear preventing the lowest, usually the most recently added items, from being accessed. This has occurred on both 2011 & 2012 64 bit versions of SW, what actions cause it are unknown. Clicking on "Motion Study" makes it re-appear.
