Hello all,

I am trying to create VB.NET Express Add-in for SolidWorks 2011 without using the templates included in the API SDK.  I do not have access to the API SDK as I am using an educational version provided by my school.

I do not need help on making the add-in perform certain tasks, but help with setting everything up properly in VB.NET Express.  I would like help in getting the add-in to start up when Solidworks starts regardless of whether the machine is 32 or 64-bit, and display a blank task pane where I can begin developing the necessary functions.

If anyone knows any good tutorials to do so, that would be great.  I cannot find any, however.

The Add-in VB.NET templates may also be useful if anyone has them on hand.  I am using the latest version of VB.NET Express if that makes a difference.
