I'm writing some C# addins and I have found the Vault Explorer Utility to be very handy.  Today however, it seems to be having a problem.  It refuses to execute the commands in my add-in.  If I set a breakpoint in the OnCmd method, it is never hit and the code in OnCmd is never run.  The add-in is loading properly, because I can set a breakpoint on GetAddinInfo and the debugger does break at that point.  If I change the project properties to use Notepad instead of the Vault Explorer Utility, the debugger behaves as expected, breaking at my breakpoints and executing the code in my OnCmd method.

Anyone have any thoughts on what could cause this problem?
