I'm trying to make a vacuum board for one of our machines here, but I can't figure out how to vary the pattern so it stops around all the edges.  Can anyone help me out with what I'm trying to do?  I basically need rows of slots that are 0.1875" wide and 0.125" deep, covering the entire board (24"x24"x0.75"), with like a 0.5" space around the outside, and something like 3/32" through holes evenly spaced in those slots.

I've tried using the vary sketch command on the attached file, and it's close to what I want, but doesn't stop around the opposite edges.  How can I fix that?
