I have sheetmetal panels which I make that need to be bolted together.  Each piece has a 1/4" hole centered on the flange.  my fixed points are 1 1/2" from each end and equally spaced apart from there. I typically have holes on 6"-7" centers depending on the part length.  Ideally I would like this to automatcially add or subtract a hole depending on spacing.  this would all be driven by the length of the part.  Is it possible?
