I am trying to model a variable fillet and encounter a rebulit error as shown below:

The 2D source drawing and 3D solidworks part file is as per attached.

Is there anyone kind enough to advise on

1) how to proceed with creating the variable fillet?

2) how to change the shape/edge (that looks like NIKE logo) to horizontal?
