VAR access to customer's CAD Admin Tool?

Would it be possible to give resellers access to the CAD Admin Tool view of their customers?

This would be very helpful to our VARs who have to support large organizations.  If they're troubleshooting team-wide performance issues, this would be much easier than collecting individual Rx files or performance logs from each of their many machines.

It's difficult enough for SolidWorks Tech Support to get this information from large organizations.  One customer that comes to mind is Bretting.  One of our team members has been working with them for years to diagnose their crashes and to get their MTBF up to an acceptable level.  And he has the advantage of being able to pull their performance logs from our servers.

VARs don't have access to that data.  So giving them access to this to this would help them begin diagnosing issues before calling us.
