I have had to teach myself how to use SolidWorks AND I am horrible at describing things so bear with me...
I am making tooling that is basically a cylinder with eight waves going from end to end.
My problem is that each wave is supposed to have .0625 wide and deep "lip"(?) around the edge.
I was able to partially achieve this by using the shell command (typing .0625 in the parameters section and clicking on
a wave then typing 1.0125 in the Multi-thickness Settings and selecting the inside of the cylinder).
It won't let me do one at a time and it won't let me do them all at once either. I can do all but one or only one.
There has got to be a better way. Who even knows if the waves got there in the "right" way.
Anyway...
I have included the part file so please have at...
Seriously appreciated.
