Hello everyone -

I'm a bit new at using Solidworks, just started in the past couple weeks. I'm having trouble trying to replicate a problem in a textbpook, as I'm unsure on how to make a cylinder cut and slanted downward. I attached a picture of the problem in the book, any help would be greatly appreciated.
