I've searched around but haven't found a solid answer on this.  Hoping someone can send me in the right direction.

What is the best way to use the SW toolbox with PDM?  Right now when assemblies are checked in that have toolbox parts in them, the reference is missing when it is checked out by another user.  I thought PDM would save a copy of the toolbox part, but apparently it is only a reference (to where I assume is on the local computer that created the part).

Do we have to set up a shared toolbox folder on the network that everyone uses?  We are a bit confused how SW deals with toolbox parts (and if they can be used in PDM) so any info would be appreciated!
