The toolbars, menu bar, and side bar  are missing from edrawing viewer window in Solidwork Explorer. when I choose a document from the vault, if I choose one from my desktop it shows up !!!!! any suggestions ?

I also can't open a file directly from the vault using edrawings professional !! any help on that one ?
