I have an STL file from a scan. When I import it, it comes in as a Graphic and is at a skewed angle. I would like to create a plane and sketch geometry for my interfacing parts, but I cannot select any of the imported geometry (mesh of triangles).

Any ideas on how I could do this or what is wrong with my imported geometry?

Using SolidWorks Premium 2024 SO3.1.
