I would like to have a feature of one of the parts (specifically the depth of an extruded hole) linked to the component of the COM of the whole assembly in the extrusion direction.  In other words, the bottom of the hole should lie in the plane of the COM.  SW (Premium 2014) apparently does not allow the COM of an **assembly** to be used in equations:

According to SW Help, "COMR points can be created only in parts."

If this is true, does anyone have a viable work-around? -- John Willett
