I need help creating an equation using the dimensions from an inserted part. I choose to import absorbed sketches and model dimensions. Then, I double clicked my dimension to be equation driven and clicked the dimensions from the inserted part to use them in the equation. The dialogue box, however, kept those dimensions highlighted in red and refused the expression. Has anyone tried something like this and done so successfully before?
