Hello,

Currently i am running a study that has a remote mass sitting on two rails. The aim of the study is to determine the deflection caused by the remote mass. But for some reason when I apply this remote mass against the two rails it is not indicating the stress or deflection properly. 

For example: (gravity is being applied down 9.81m/s^2)

In picture "one side" i have applied the remote mass to just one rail. In picture "one side 2" you can clearly see that it has determined the deflection properly.

In picture "two sides" i have applied the remote mass to both rails. In picture "two sides 2" you can clearly see no deflection is calculated, however this is impossible as both rails should be deflecting down.

Is there something I'm missing here? any help would be must appreciated.
