I have a user with a laptop and a desktop, both running SW 2016 with EPDM 2016 Pro and Windows 7 x64.  The user can cut and paste files between EPDM folders on the laptop but not on the desktop.  The files are checked in and are plain vanilla SW files.

The problem has persisted across a machine reboot.

Any thoughts on what could cause this?
