I am creating a hardware library using configurations which show the part numbers, pricing, and specifications of the exact bolt from our vendor.

Most of my parts are working fine; however, on a few parts, after dragging the bolt or nut into an assembly and choosing its size, Solidworks will open the design table and then close the design table before updating the bolt's length.

Hopefully the part's attributes will upload. I have attached a 1/4"-20 socket head cap screw with configured lengths which is working fine. The 3/8" shoulder bolt with configured lengths is slowing my design time due to the opening of the design table every time I place a bolt in my assemblies.
