not too long ago we upgraded EPDM from 2014 to 2015 sp2.1.

But we noticed some bugs that appear to be fixed in the 3.0 service pack.

If we want to upgrade to 2015 3.0, do we have to follow the same steps that we did to upgrade to 2015 2.1?

That is upgrade the license server, upgrade the PDM database server, upgrade the Archive Server and also upgrade the clients.
