We created an MSI installer for epdm, it showed the ribbon in MS Word and MS Excel, with only search as a clickable option, but it did nothing.

Uninstalled EPDM and reinstalled using regular installer, no MSI, followed command prompts, and now no ro ribbon at all.

There is no documentation on this office add-in anywhere. Anyone else have any luck?
