We are planning to upgrade from SW2009 sp3 to SW2010 after the next service pack is released. I'm wondering, will SW2010 require more system resources or is it about the same as SW2009?  Our machines here are about 3 years old, and there's little chance of us getting new ones in the near future. Anyway, here's my spec's, which is fairly typical where I work:

HP XW6400 Work Station

2 gb ram

Quadro FX3500 video card

XP sp2

Installing on a single machine for a trial run really isn't feasible due to the fact that the SW2010 files can't be opened in SW2009; so it's all or nothing for us.
