Upgrade from 16 Gb RAM? (or anything else)

We have had our systems almost 4 years now and not really touched them.  Just wondering if adding a little something would be noticeable?

We are working with 3D scanned data fairly often and do some surfacing, patterns, and other consumer products.  Our assemblies probably top out at 25, but we are mostly working in mulit-body parts.  Drawings stay on the simple 1 or 2 sheets.  A couple of guys are using Keyshot for rendering from time to time, with ray-tracing turned on for LED light simulation.

HP Z420 Workstations

Win 7 Pro SP1.0 64-bit

Processor:  Xeon E5-1650 @ 3.5 Ghz

RAM:  16.0 Gb

Nvidia Quadro K4000

Dual HP Z30i IPS Displays

480Gb SSD Drive (I think)

As I said, these have been pretty strong machines just wondering if we are falling behind?  We still experience long rebuild times with our complex long feature trees.

We are not getting any sort of out of memory errors, so that is leading to the question of RAM even being needed?
