I asked this before but no one seems to answer so I'm posting it again here hopefully someone will help me.

Looks like I do not have access to all the discussion forums within SolidWorks. Most of them are grayed out. I am assuming that it is because I did not fill in my serial number at the time when I registered. How can I input this information now that I already created an account? I went to edit my profile but there is no option were I can input the serial number of my software.
