Using SW'07.

I have a older engineer that randomly gets this message when he tries to save drawings: "an unknown error occured while accessing C:\\DOCUME~1\\jmccoy\\LOCALS~1\\TempSWBackupDirectory\\swxauto\\AutoRecover Of FLANGED CAM LEVER BLOCK ASSEMBLY.SLDDRW"

I saw another thread on this that ended with "send it to your VAR".  I told them to pound sand 5 years ago. 

Anyone know a DIY fix? ...or what's haywire?
