I am new to SW but not to CAD. I'm using SW2021.

Ok. Sorry. Right. Issue at hand. Manual p. 154 exercise and error as shown in the image below. What am I doing wrong? As in... is there a particular order to select elements, is it because my solid thickness is set to 4mm and my fillet on the edges is set to 2mm, thus creating a perfectly rounded lip? (I get the same error when I reduce the fillet to 1.5mm...).

Mirror has no issues mirroring the solid around top plane, with or without merge.

And yes, I know, it's not a big issue to edit the fillet and add the other two edges, thus removing the necessity of mirroring. But that's not the point. This is a simple fillet and, unless I misunderstand something or I am doing something wrong, it should work.
