I would like to do the tutorials found here https://www.solidworks.com/sw/resources/solidworks-tutorials.htm, but clicking on the video links opens a screen where it is apparently supposed to play, but nothing happens (see screenshot).  If I right click on the movie and click "play" nothing happens and if I right click again, the menu that pops up says "Movie not loaded".

The same thing happens here at work on IE8 and at home on IE11 and chrome. I can view other flash content just fine so I don't think that's the issue.

Is there anything else to try?
