I was running SW 2012.  I was told i needed to upgrade.  I have windows 8.1 x64.  I tried upgrading and the error im getting is my license is not on subscription or has expired.  I asked about that and was told that i have a static license and shouldn't have any problems.  Does anybody have any ideas?  I tried uninstalling/reinstalling and nothing has worked.
