We have a new server running 2012 r2.  I have installed 2015 SP 3 Workgroup PDM on server and clients.  I have run tests and can do just about everything that admin should be able to do.  However on the server on the Vault Management tab, the service to start and stop the service is grayed, and notes that Needs administrator privileges to use the related features.  I have full admin rights and logged in as default admin.  I have contacted our var and they have sent on to SolidWorks.  Wondering if any one has seen this at all.  I have tried unistalling and reinstalling also.  This is a new vault and new server.  So there are no drawings or models stored in the vault yet.
