I am currently trying to run a 2D static study. it is an Axi-symmetric study. My part has multiple configurations with multiple bodies in each configuration. When trying to select edges for forces and/or restraints in the study for this particular configuration SolidWorks will not fill out the blue box with the corresponding edge. If I right click and select others I am able to selct the proper edge and it will then fill out the blue box and create the fixture; However, the simulation will fail still fail and tell me that my part is not properly constrained. The 2D studies for all other configurations of my part work fine. I have tried restarting and creating multiple other studies with the same part and configuration, but I keep getting the same results. I am running 2013 SP4. Does anyone have any idead what my problem is or know how to stop it?
