Unable to run 3DExperience

 

I am unable to run the new 3DExperience so far, this is what I've tried so far.

 

I switched to Edge as my browser instead of chrome.

Cleared my cookies and cache.

 

I have an active subscription to 3DExperience as shown below.

When I click "access my platform" I get the below message "you do not have access to this widget".

I was guessing this meant I needed to grant myself access to it, so I ventured over to "Invite and Grant Roles"

 

When I click the checkbox below to try to assign the role to myself, it says "Unable to perform action. Please contact system administrator." Well the administrator is me. It also gives me this message when I attempt to assign any of the other roles to myself.

I then tried to request the role and accept the request. I was then greeted with "Invalid prerequisite" with no indication of what that prerequisite is.

 

I was actually able to assign the 3DExperience role to myself in a different screen, but now I can't assign the license to myself. I still get "Unable to perform action. Please contact system administrator."

 

What am I missing here?! It has to be something simple, I just can't figure out what it is.

Please help me!
