I am the new Engineering Service Manager for my company and trying to set myself up as the SOLIDWORKS Administrator.

When I go to the screen and select "Promote me to SOLIDWORKS Administrator it doesn't work. I can't select the ckechboxes.

I notice that there is an area where I think my company name should be but it is blank. My company name, however, is in my profile.

If I try to click the button anyway, I get an error message.
