The sheet metal box I have created is failing to be flattened only on two sides (longer side). The other two sides with vent patttern for a fan flatten with no issues. I really wanted to know what I am missing here. All sided of the sheet metal box have same bend allowance & bend radius. Any help resolving the issue is highly appreciated. See attached model.
